Encountering the Burning Bush: A Divine Prerequisite for Leadership
THE CALL TO LEADERSHIP is not a trivial matter, especially for those who desire to occupy positions of influence for the Kingdom of God. Seats of power on earth are deeply spiritual, often tied to ancient covenants and upheld by spiritual forces, either godly or demonic. This truth must not be taken lightly by any child of God aspiring to ascend such thrones.
If you are a believer desiring to lead, especially in environments steeped in the influence of darkness or African traditionalist practices, it is imperative to have a personal "BURNING BUSH" encounter with God, as Moses did.
This encounter is what equips you with divine authority, revelation, and spiritual backing to confront the forces that oppose God's will.
Pharaoh is not merely a man but a spiritual entity, an agent of darkness empowered to enforce the devil's agenda on earth. He represents the systemic oppression, rebellion, and spiritual warfare that every God-ordained leader must confront. Without a deep relationship with God and a divine mandate, stepping into such an environment could lead to spiritual and physical casualties.
Moses, before challenging Pharaoh, had an unforgettable encounter with the Great I AM at the burning bush. This divine interaction gave him the courage, authority, and protection to defy Pharaoh's authority and the gods of Egypt. It was not just a physical encounter but a spiritual ordination that affirmed Moses' assignment and equipped him with power to fulfill it.
If you have not had such an encounter, think twice before standing before your own "Pharaoh."
Leadership in the Kingdom is not for the spiritually immature or unprepared. It requires intimacy with God, spiritual intelligence, and an understanding of the forces at play.
A CALL TO ACTION
Believers, do not take seats of power lightly. Seek God, establish your spiritual foundation, and ensure you have His approval before stepping into leadership. Remember, the Kingdom’s agenda is advanced by mature men and women who understand their ordination and possess the spiritual stature to stand firm.
Who is your God?
Do you know Him enough to represent Him?
If not, return to the secret place and seek the burning bush encounter that will define your leadership journey.
